It deals with various problems concerning safety, health, efficiency and well-being of the persons at work places.
2 The Payment of Wages Act, 1936 PDF (File Size:83 KB) The Payment of Wages Act, 1936 regulates payment of wages to employees (direct and indirect). The act is intended to be a remedy against unauthorized deductions made by employer and/or unjustified delay in payment of wages.
3 The Maternity Benefit Act PDF (File Size:46 KB) An Act to regulate the employment of women in certain establishments for certain periods before and after child-birth and to provide for maternity benefit and certain other benefits.
